We are seeking to appoint, with effect from 1st September 2017, an outstanding and motivated Teacher of History with BPE who is totally committed to providing an exciting and rewarding experience for all our students regardless of their academic ability. You will also be clearly in tune with our values and our ethos of “children first”. The Humanities Faculty is a lively and exciting place to be. We are a team of thirteen enthusiastic and committed teachers of History, Beliefs, Philosophy and Ethics (BPE), Geography and Law. We are looking for an exceptional teacher to join our team and deliver History at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 with BPE at Key Stages 3 and 4. The teaching in the faculty is innovative and lively, with students developing respect for and sensitivity to others. Humanities teachers collaborate on cross subject projects and lead whole school initiatives.
Equal consideration will be given to both experienced teachers and NQTs. A full and appropriate induction programme is available for all NQTs.
