Permanent Post : Up to 37 hours per week
(Flexible/Part time applications will be considered)
Annual Full Time Salary £18,562 - £18,933 (PCD3 Grade 3 - SCP 3-4)
Actual Salary for 37 hours per week £15,877 to £16,195 pro rata (£9.62 to £9.81 per hour)
Working Term Time only : 38 working weeks per year: plus one week of INSET
8:15am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:15am-4:15pm
Required to commence post as soon as possible

We wish to appoint a General Science Technician to join our innovative Science Department to provide general support in specific curricula/resource areas, including preparation and maintenance of resources and support to staff and students.

The successful candidate will be totally committed to supporting the Science faculty, working within the Science Technician Team, showing the necessary skills to support students, teachers and the science curriculum throughout the Science Department at UVHS.
