Term Time only, plus Inset Days, plus 1 week working during school holidays
BS4, Grade 4, Scale Point 5, £10.01 per hour
Annual Pro Rata Salary for 35 hours per week £15,976 to £16,404
Annual Full Time Equivalent Salary £19,312
With immediate effect, UVHS is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant/Reprographics Technician with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills to join our exceptional administration team.
The post holder will provide efficient support to the school with the varied aspects of office and attendance administration, reprographics production and reception/student services duties. Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and previous experience of working within a busy office environment are essential.
The successful candidate will possess high level interpersonal skills and the ability to operate under pressure with tact and diplomacy, as detailed in the full job description and person specification.
