Vacancy for Site Manager

SITE MANAGER

Part Time Permanent Post : Required to commence as soon as possible

20 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year (or term time only option)

Pro Rata for 20 hours £10,861 to £11,077 (if term time only : £9,082 to £9,450)

£20,092 to £20,493 Full Time Equivalent (£10.41 to £10.62 per hour) – BS6 Grade 6

Hours of work : Monday to Friday from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm (term time)

and daytime hours during school holidays

Holiday entitlement 32 to 38 days including bank holidays based on length of service

UVHS is seeking to appoint a part time Site Manager to assist in the effective security and operation of the school premises.

The successful candidate will be proactive and adaptable, working as directed by the Site Team Supervisor, be willing to work overtime to cover sickness and holidays and should possess the practical skills necessary to undertake general building maintenance, minor repairs and have experience of painting and decorating, as detailed in the full job description and person specification.
