You can work towards a degree (Bsc (Hons) Management & Business) while preparing for a brilliant career within our unique food retail business. We’ve around 70 opportunities throughout the country so plenty of opportunity to live and work where you want.

Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. But we provide generous study leave throughout the programme, and pay for your travel and accommodation costs whilst at University. And, in return for your hard work and determination, you’ll gain full chartered membership of the CMI. What’s more, you’ll have the experience you need to step into a management role after three years and become one of our future leaders.

What you’ll need to join us

We’re looking for resilience, determination and good leadership skills, along with the flexibility to meet the changing needs of our business. You’ll also need a minimum of 104 UCAS points (based on the new UCAS tariff or 260 based on the old tariffs).
