In October UVHS was proud to be part of the Restart a Heart Campaign. This campaign saw UVHS teaming up with the North West Ambulance Service, Resuscitation Council UK, the British Heart Foundation and our local fire service and first responders. 

Together they taught our Year 7, 8 and 9 students how to recognise and respond to someone experiencing a suspected cardiac arrest. Furthermore, they were taught how to provide help in this situation by learning about CPR and using a defibrillator.
