The date for the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine for Year 8 is Wednesday 8th of May.

Please return the forms by Tuesday 30th April. 

On the day of the vaccination, students should ensure they have had breakfast in the morning, wear a short sleeved shirt or vest underneath their school shirt.  Please also have a water bottle in school and any inhalers if asthmatic.

Parents/Carers – please contact the immunisation team as soon as possible if anything has changed in regard to consent since signing the forms or if they have received the vaccine elsewhere. The number to call is 01900 705045.
