Full Year Salary: £37,035 - £37,938 (OS11 SCP 27-28)
Actual Salary £32,390 - £ 33,219 (£19.20 - £19.66 per hour)

With immediate effect, UVHS is seeking to appoint an outstanding Human Resources Manager who will lead in the effective and efficient organisation of the Human Resource function of our school.
The post holder will have the knowledge, confidence and skill to lead a professional HR service to the senior leadership team, governors and the schools 200 employees. They will be responsible for all aspects of HR within the school including teaching and support staff and manage all administration relating to recruitment, onboarding and retention of staff. They will administer contracts of employment and act as a point of contact for all staff. They will advise with change management issues, restructures, redundancies and disciplinary procedures, ensuring good practice and legal requirements are met.
