UVHS staff and students have been proud to support Barrow Foodbank for the last 10 years and would like to thank everyone who has contributed to another exceptional whole school donation. At last count, 63 overflowing crates were loaded onto a Stoller’s van by 9.6c on Friday 12 December, to coincide with Christmas Jumper Day and sent to add festive cheer to families in the Furness Peninsula.

We received confirmation today, that we managed to give 754kg of goodies, which equates to a truly amazing 1797 meals!   This is one of our favourite Christmas traditions in school, which demonstrates our Victoria Values, as we give back to our community who support us so warmly throughout the year.    Thank you to all the students, parents and staff who have shown incredible generosity again this year!
