Vacancy for Administration Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Full Time Post : 35 hours per week
Term Time only, plus Inset Days, plus 1 week working during school holidays
Required to commence as soon as possible to 26th January 2024
BS4, Grade 4, Scale Point 5, £11.18 per hour
Annual Pro Rata Salary for 35 hours per week £17,848
Annual Full Time Equivalent Salary £21,575
With immediate effect, UVHS is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills to join our exceptional administration team to cover a period of maternity leave for the current post holder.
The successful candidate will provide efficient support to the school, under the guidance of the Office Manager, with the varied aspects of office and attendance administration, reprographics production and reception/student services duties. Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and previous experience of working within a busy office environment are essential, as detailed in the full job description and person specification.
