Pupils created SMART targets looking at what they wish their futures will look like, and the steps they can take to make these dreams a reality! The sessions were interactive, with students discussing setbacks and distractions, as well as taking part in practical activities to test their conscious and subconscious thoughts too.

The session formed part of the Y9 careers programme and the living in the wider world strand of Personal Development as we continue to prepare our students for the modern world.
