At GCHQ, they cutting-edge technology to protect the UK against a range of cyber threats. They are looking for technically savvy and motivated individuals to join their BSc Honours Degree Apprenticeship scheme.
It’s a unique opportunity to build on your technical and software skills, while learning how to protect the UK from terrorism, espionage, and organised crime. Starting in September 2018, you’ll enjoy a unique mix of classroom based learning (university accredited) and placements in software related business areas. Over three years, you’ll get to build and maintain some of the world's most sophisticated electronic equipment. Ultimately, you’ll be helping the UK Government to operate in cyber space with confidence and stay ahead of the pace in a fast-evolving digital world.
With their state-of-the-art facilities and the support of mentors, you’ll have all the tools to take on real business challenges. And after three years, you’ll graduate with a BSc Honours Degree in Digital and Technology Solutions (Software Development).
You’ll have (or will be expecting to gain by September 2018) three A-levels at BBC or above - two of which must be in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths (STEM) or equivalent qualifications in STEM subjects.
