1x 50-minute session per week in Year 11 for all students. Delivered in a computer room.

Students will have a single period a week covering the following topics:

Online safety: digital footprint, online personas, echo chambers, security hygiene.

Acting professional and the world of work: word processing usage, suitability of CVs, online communication, video meetings.

Planning for revision: revision theory, metacognition, selecting suitable strategies, time management and planning, resource creation.

Artificial Intelligence: what is AI, how does it function, bias, reliance, fake content.

Problem solving: using spreadsheets to complete an investigation, interpreting and creating statistics from a dataset.
